Congratulations to Ms. Humanic, Ms. Kadar, Mrs. Gnazzo and the entire Band for a great performance at tonight's season preview show. I am so proud of all of you. I know that you are going to have a great year!

S.A. Band again proved it's the pride of South Allegheny School District with another grand performance at the Sept. 11th festival. Mr. Riffle, you designed a terrific show that was near perfect in its execution by the band. We always enjoyed how your great sense of fun showed through in your shows. I want you to know that I'll miss seeing the fun shows you designed. Enjoy your well-deserved retirement and we'll look forward to seeing you when you come back to direct the next Alumni Band.(via Message Board)

We heard so many comments about how creative and entertaining the show was. The standing ovation the band received was definitely fitting!

I was also able to watch the performance with the other spectators and from where I was standing I saw at least 4 groups of people (that were not from SA) give standing ovations. Be proud SA Band!

I got to sit in the crowd during the Hempfield band festival... I can't tell you how many spectators were talking about SA's show! They absolutely loved it! We put on a REAL marching band performance. Good job band and instructors!
